Balsam nawilża, jednak jego konsystencja jest dosyć twarda. Rozprowadzenie po ustach powoduje czasami powstawanie grudek i dosyć nieprzyjemny dla mnie film, troche jak masło. Samo działanie jest ok, przeszkadza tylko struktura, ale mozliwe że akurat dla kogoś taka gęsta i solidna konsystencja będzie akurat odpowiednia.
